Refrigeration Maintenance

I cannot recommend Alex with J&A Refrigeration enough! We came home from vacation to find that our AC was not working, and Alex came out within 30 minutes of us contacting him (on a Sunday). He quickly figured out that our compressor had gone out and was back the very next day getting us taken care of. He was responsive, reliable, professional, and made a very stressful situation so much easier especially with this West Texas heat! We are incredibly thankful for the quick service and for having someone local we can trust. If you need HVAC work, definitely give J&A Refrigeration a call. Support local you won't regret it!

We strongly recommend J and A refrigeration. They did a great job on our AC unit and definitely went the extra mile to get our unit working! We appreciate them so much.

Excellent communication with arrival time..I was told about when to expect Alex, and received another text informing me when he was on his way; Arrived Timely; very Knowledgeable; Professional; Kind & Courteous; worked the entire time he was here (no Lolly-lagging). I’d give a 10-star for this Team of Professionals. I highly recommend their services. If I ever need refrigerator or AC experts again, I will call J&A!! Thank you Alex, Gisela (sp?) and the team at J&A.

Absolutely the best service in town!! They fixed my commercial fridge on a busy weekend and were so quick to get to me!! We have used them multiple times at my bakery and I can’t recommend them enough!!

They were very professional and at a great price! Any issue we’ve had since then, they’ve been more than helpful with getting services restored. I would definitely recommend J&A to anyone out there looking for any new installs or any HVAC problems they are having.

5/5 on every service call!! Recommended for home and business. We have used J&A for over 4 years. Alex and his crew always do a great job, are reasonably priced and always explains the issue in layman terms and how they are going to fix the issue. On our last call, it was a day before freezing temps were going to hit, our heater went out. Alex came out within an hour of the call, found the issue, went to get the part, and stayed into the evening hours to make sure we had heat the next day. Support small business!!

Good communication, excellent service. Very knowledgeable and professional will keep them using.

The only AC/Heating company I’ll call in West Texas. Alex is extremely knowledgeable and professional. It’s great to know you can contact an honorable company to take care of your family and or business.

If you could compare geek squad to this team they are exactly it! Always finding the solution to the problem one way or another. Professional, quick, & reliable to get the job done.

Alex did an amazing job with a brand new HVAC unit install at my rental unit in Odessa. 5 star service. Would recommend to everyone.

J&A Showed up within a day of reaching out to them. Quick, professional, and very well priced. I will always go back to them if I ever have any heating/cooling/refrigeration needs. Alex is a master at his craft.
