    Excellent communication with arrival time..I was told about when to expect Alex, and received another text informing me when he was on his way; Arrived Timely; very Knowledgeable; Professional; Kind & Courteous; worked the entire time he was here (no Lolly-lagging). I’d give a 10-star for this Team of Professionals. I highly recommend their services. If I ever need refrigerator or AC experts again, I will call J&A!!     Alex was fast and very knowledgeable when fixing our AC unit. He was fully booked but was able to squeeze me in. He talked me through his whole process and made sure I was aware of everything going on. Highly recommend! Super nice guy. 😊 See more See less

    5/5 on every service call!! Recommended for home and business. We have used J&A for over 4 years. Alex and his crew always do a great job, are reasonably priced and always explains the issue in layman terms and how they are going to fix the issue. On our last call, it was a day before freezing temps were going to hit, our heater went out. Alex came out within an hour of the call, found the issue, went to get the part, and stayed into the evening hours to make sure we had heat the next day. Support small business!! See more See less
